I think Miley pulls it off too, but seeing the picture it isn't as beautiful as I thought, it loks much better in motion/on tv. I think it's nice Miley wore the dress because when she's older and watches this back it'll be great for her. She's a young pretty girl at the oscars and the big petally dress is so cindarella-ish.
