You are definitely not the only one. I have always preferred the unripe taste of green bananas.




Potatoes have a high glycemic index, as well, but those are good for you once in a while. It's all about moderation. 

I like bananas with vanilla wafers and peanut butter or with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
Although I feel sort of guilty by negating any nutritional value with lots of sugar!
