Fall's doing nothing right now for me either...but then, for the past few seasons, the lookbooks haven't been at all interesting IMO. Before that I looked forward to getting them...not so much recently.

I generally much prefer the stuff that doesn't make its way online or in the paper catalog. I bought this biker jacket and top on sale last week at Barneys...maybe I missed them when I looked online but they were new to me...

I'm not very impressed by F/W '10, but that is hardly unsurprising. The orange skirt looks kind of cute, and I like the brown boots as well. Maybe the remainder of the collection will hold more promise...

i usually like the lookbooks when they come out, but i have found that most of the a.p.c. stuff i own i bought several years ago. i think that's the last time they had a really good collection.

2. overall, i agree that the quality of the designs isn't what it used to be. however, more than any other label, almost all of the clothes look boring a/o ugly...until you try them on.
