A Retrospective: Teen Vogue Under Amy Astley (2000 - 2016)

Since we already have awesome threads for Vogue Paris, Vogue US, Vogue Italia and Vogue UK , I thought it would be cool if we were able to exhibit the best fashion and editorial content from this relatively new, younger publication that despite it's teen status often invokes much excitement in members of varying ages, thanks to the excellent editors and photographers. It can be also noted as being a training ground for many of today's top models.

Contributions should come from the initial supplements of 2000-2003, and from the regular monthly issues commencing from February 2003 until today.

I agree. Which is probably why their average readership age is much older than the demographic they are aimed at (can't remember but it's either 22-23 or something like 27). I think what is so appealing is they have a sense of fun and whimsy, they are often quite bright, and they are so heavily accessorized. It's nice to see a very definite aesthetic. I don't think you'll find traditional minimalism too often in their pages.
