Basically it's a really expensive bra that only 1 girl gets to wear. For example this year it's encrusted with diamonds. There's a pic of KK wearing it in the VS 2006 lineup thread .

^ It is indeed photshop, if you look at her chest in candids, they're a good average size. VS goes a bit overboard with the boob retouching

Alessandra is on a different note I think, her chest is actually quite small, so I can see her concern for wanting to get them done if she wants to stick around with VS (even though I dont think she should get them)
