Juliax, I've just started reading this thread and just reached the 70th page, so I haven't seen so much...and hopefully, someone will enjoy that pics as much as I did...I just loved the vogue issue and it really capted my attention

I think that video proves just how diverse she can be. She looks great in the 3 or 4 looks she has, and I personally don't think any of the angel squad right now can pull that off. Ale comes close, but still not there. most of the angel have one look, and that's completely it even in other photo shoots, and to me Adriana deff shows that she's the most diverse with what looks she can pull off.

She def looks great and shows how diverse she can be... but the ONLY angel? No I can't agree on that. I must say both Adriana and Doutzen are both very diverse and Ale is close behind time, but she def not the only angel who is diverse.

Well personally that's what I think. Doutzen I've never really seen be diverse she's always got the flowing blond hair and the sex bomb pout and etc. But she would be a close second, and as much as I love Ale I don't think she's diverse at all past Sexy and cute. I mean Adriana started out with that hair cut in the video, and she was very successful and then she began to be commercial. So, it's worked for her in the past. Adriana might not be the ONLY angel who's diverse but I think she's the MOST diverse.

exactly!!! but no one really stands out on being really diverse not even adriana.
I just can't wait to see her in her wedding dress! She'll be one of the most gorgeous brides ever!

CC do you know if she's a fan of late R&B singer Aaliyah?
She reminds so much of the fallen angel. They're both beautiful inside and out. Never once have I seen either of them act like spoiled divas or give off a "I'm hot and you're not" vibe.

i'm not sure, but I'm sure they would have gotten along if she would have met her. Adriana has always been the one to stay grounded, really not party, strictly a family girl and etc...she really doesn't fit into the modeling world. And I actually got that from Aaliyah as well when I use to watch her career a bit. So I don't know if she was a fan, but I'm sure they would have gotten along had they met.

Indeed, the thing that I love about her is that she seems so down to earth and humble, not taking things for granted. In her candid photos she looks "normal", always natural and often makeup-free, not parading around in the latest designer clothes and an entourage like your average celebrity.

CC, as you read on the Ale thread I was a little in shock that Ale was starting smoking again. I recently saw an old picture of Adriana smoking.. I was wondering if she still smokes cause Adriana was the girl who claimed to be a non-smoker.

She really kind of was an non smoker...kind of. She only really smoked socially..uh I'd say maybe 4 cigerettes a week. But in the last couple years she's really been on this big mission to get healthy, with a huge chance in her whole exercise routine (as we can see she's back to her old self in that regard) and she's got a boyfriend like Marko (who I'm sure doesn't smoke since his life is pretty much running) and I've not seen any photos of her smoking since around end of 2006. So I'm guessing that she doesn't smoke anymore, even though she only did it socially.

The problem with Adriana is like I said, and like Fiammifero said also she's really kind of a "loner" in the industry she doesn't go out and party unless it's a birthday party for a friend of family member or a party that supports someone she cares for. She doesn't really drink a lot, she's kind of old fashion so she's not hooking up with anyone who will get her further in the industry, and etc so when she started off saying she was a non smoker in 2000 I believe she was, but I think as time progressed she was trying to fit in somewhat and I'm guessing she thought smoking wouldn't be that bad to try and fit in with the other girls....and I'm guessing that's what happened...but I could be totally wrong. But she never smoked as often as some of the other girls do, but I'm pretty sure she's quit now

Happy to read that.. cause she always says she lives very healthy. Some models are saying they live very healthy blablabla but they forgot to mention they are smokers (I'm actually referring to a model Adriana is working with a lot). It's so irritating if they say they are so healthy and smoke every chance they get.

So I am happy to read Adriana was just a occasion-smoker Glad she quit!!!
