Some Catholic people respect rules the Church has given and some of them not. (mostly not ). Adriana grew up in a place where they respect religion a lot so that was something very important to her, you know, being a virgin till marriage and some other rules.
I'm a Catholic too but I don't respect all the rules. As I said, in this time, almost no one respects that.
@khyk - Yes, she wanted to stay virgin until marriage because of her RELIGION. Yapp, RELIGION.

I've been an Adriana fan for almost 8 years, and being a religious person myself I actually suspected she was a virgin back in 2005 before she ever announced her convictions in 2006. She's always spoke of innocence, and several things she does adds up to her being very religious and her exs have backed up her claim. Her friends and family have as well. My personal belief is that she was a virgin before Marko, and happened to fall head over heels in love with him, had sex (got caught up in the moment...like a LOT of women do) and had sex with him. I do believe he was her first, she's always showed a relgiisous background and grew up in a very religious home. Like I said as a strong catholic, who attends church every week, and carries a bible with her everywhere she goes, she's very religious. Like I said I believe she got swept up in the moment and happened to get pregnant. She's always been someone who plans things, and has long engagements and long courtships and now all of a sudden she got engaged really fast, and married really fast. Since she's such a die hard catholic I wouldn't be suprised if she got wrapped up in the moment with marko, had sex, got pregnant and really didn't know how to handle it...she strikes me as someone who will rely a lot on the Rhythm method.

Its not just his looks though. He is also one of the suckiest players on one of the suckiest teams in the NBA. I mean, before he started dating Adriana, he was mostly known as the dude who showed up on the court with his jersey on backwards. He is a complete scrub! When I hear that Adriana was going to all his games, I feel embarassed for her.


I know this is all shallow. And really none of it matters as long as she is happy. But like I said IMO she could have done a lot better.


And lord in heaven please let their baby be a boy. Or just a complete clone of Adriana.

I think the baby is a boy. I hope she has a baby shower and there are pictures like there was for Alessandra's.

I don't know, I've had a change of heart about Marko lately since he does seem really sweet.

You see and I am just the opposite. When I first learned she was dating him I assumed that he must have had this great personality, like her. But then Ive seen him do a couple of interviews, and he isnt that great. And IMO he is even more unnatractive in motion. Yeah he is a sweet guy, but there are a ton of sweet guys out there way better looking and sucessful, with better personalities. YMMV

Another thing that turned me off was his appearance on Extra, they asked him if he likes good girls or bad girls. He said something like "you always get bored with the good girl". I dont know why but I guess I always associated Adriana with being a "good girl" so that made me a little wary of him.

I dont want to seem like Im picking on him or anything. And I know Im being really shallow. But when I see Miranda with Orlando Bloom, and Gisele with Tom Brady etc its just so dissapointing.

yea but you have to realize, that you are assuming about Orlando and Tom. I personally don't find either of them attractive, or at all more attractive then Marko. I think Orlando doesn't look like he bathes unless he's required to and Tom, I'm sorry he's just not even remotely attractive in my eyes, and the fact he's someone who left someone when they were pregnant for someone else....doesn't say much for him at all.

We all have different opinions but I personally don't think orlando, or tom are big catches, I feel more sorry for them honestly. But I'm odd, I don't think Johnny Depp, or Brad Pitt are attractive either. So.

I'd like to hear what you think Retail as well, because honestly I hear a lot of people say that and as someone who's religious myself I take it as a personal slam. Most people are staying virgins and aren't out for the "glory" of being one are actually virgins, not do everything except...I think it's sad most people think people can be virgins but do other things...a virgin is a virgin, if you've done 1, 2 and 3 your not a virgin...but again my opinion. But i do agree there are the stupid selfish people who ruin it for the good people...but again just my opinion

I think a lot of people look at Virgins as prudes, and while some of them are...some of them aren't. So Adriana might one of those that "lady in the living room...wh*re in the bedroom" just because you're saving yourself doesn't mean you can't be bad girl as well.

Like I said I believe Marko was her first, just because of her past actions add up to that being correct, and her friends, family and etc backing her up and I totally believe if she wasn't Lenny, or someone who had a rep to care about would have come out and said something...because they don't want their rep ruined that they didn't bed a supermodel. But either way, as long as she's happy with Marko and she is Im happy for her

And Sav, I agree I have a strong feeling it's a boy as well.
