I don't think she's moving because Marko is only playing with RM for the rest of the season. I do think she went to visit him for a couple of days recently though. I think that's what he meant.

I've just been reading the last couple of posts and honestly you people need to be patient. Adriana has just had a baby. I know she was born in November which was 3 months ago but she needs time to be with her baby esp. since Marko is in Spain. She'll return to work when she's healthy, happy, confident and ready. Wouldn't you prefer that? Or would you have her slumping down the Givenchy catwalk with bags under her eyes and baby weight needing to be shifted? I want Adriana to come back just as much as you people but just be patient. Having a baby is a huge thing and she should take her time coming back to work, she shouldn't be hurried or rushed.

The basketball game between Real and Unicaja was played last Saturday in Madrid and Adriana Lima, Marko Jaric’s wife, was in the public eye during the game. Cameras kept showing the Brazilian model supporting Marko, the basketball player of the Real team. In an interview for the Spanish television after the game, Jaric said that Adriana and their daughter Valentina would move to Madrid in the following two weeks.

“Adriana will stay in Madrid several days, but soon she has to return to New York where our daughter Valentina is. She doesn’t like to be separated from her for too long. I miss them both a lot and I hope that Adriana and the baby will definitely move to Madrid in the following two weeks,” said Jaric after the game.
Marko Jaric signed the contract with Real Madrid on December 22 last year and he will probably hurry to find the family house in Madrid. He will most probably buy a villa in an exclusive Madrid area La Moraleha where numerous athletes and Spanish people from public life own houses.

Since Adriana and Valentina (born on November 15 last year) will soon arrive in Madrid, the Brazilian model and the Serbian basketball player will probably celebrate together their first wedding anniversary. To remind the readers, they got married on February 14 in 2009 at the secret ceremony in Jackson Hall in Wyoming.
Answering the question whether he and Adriana are concerned about paparazzi following them on every step, Marko Jaric answered:“We are not worried about the paparazzi, because we do not go out a lot because of the baby. This is also a very precious period for our team, so I am focused on my career and Adriana is focused on hers. Anyway, even if you are caught by a paparazzo, you can’t do anything about it,” Jaric concludes.

Haha, it's funny that you say that because I think Adriana fans have the most patience of all. I understand that she just had a baby and all of that and I agree with everything you said and I agree with her in disappearing for awhile because family has always come first for her and she seems to be ready to come back now which is great. It's just hard to explain though. You get new candids of Miranda all the time. We go months without hearing about or seeing Adriana and it hasn't just been during her pregnancy or after it. It's been like this for a couple of years now. Anyway, I think you would feel the same exact way (frustrated) if you were in our shoes.

I agree with Vivaglam.. we haven't heard or seen anything from Adriana in months and all of the sudden there is a showcard! it has nothing to do with not being patient.. it's just excitement and happiness..

Maybe I was just a bit too harsh. On other forums I've read it's all 'I miss Adri!', 'I wish Adri would come back to work I miss her!' and such. It gets annoying. But I'd rather see her happy and healthy when she comes back. IMO, Alessandra looked terrible at her comeback. She worked and pushed herself too hard.

And trust me Savanna, darling, I'm am just anticipating Adriana's comeback as you are. Well maybe not as much as you but I'm sick of all the newbies at VS and would like her back as head angel. I missed her at the show and in the catalogues.

Well I guess you're right. I just find it hard to believe that Adriana will live seperatly from her husband. And yes she has houses all over the world, but the only difference now is: Valentina. I find it hard to believe that she will fly to Madrid every once in a while to visit Marko with the baby.

I have to disagree with your comment. Adriana might be loved by everyone and sometimes put on a pedestal among the other models, but she is still A MODEL. and thats what models do: they have hectic schedules and are expected to return to work asap, despite their personal life.
I dont think anyone has rushed her, just the opposite-she is the one to have taken the most time out of all, and no said a single word or posted photographs. Heidi Klum returns to the runway bearly 2 months after birth, Gisele does, and so on, so its high time for her to come back.
I understand her privacy for her baby, this is why there are no photos, but she should start appearing already in public.
And about her fans, I think they have been exteremely patient and understanding of her situation. I just dont understand why people treat her like she is some kind of special-status model. She is in the top 10, but so are others, and they haven't been taking a 3 months vacation while still getting paid!?

I have to disagree with your comment. Adriana might be loved by everyone and sometimes put on a pedestal among the other models, but she is still A MODEL. and thats what models do: they have hectic schedules and are expected to return to work asap, despite their personal life.
I dont think anyone has rushed her, just the opposite-she is the one to have taken the most time out of all, and no said a single word or posted photographs. Heidi Klum returns to the runway bearly 2 months after birth, Gisele does, and so on, so its high time for her to come back.

She's special to US! At least for me, she is not just A MODEL, she's a lot more!!! She has a special status in our hearts, that's why...
And the other models only came back so soon because they wanted to, imo, nobody rushed them! They're just like that...Adriana is not greedy and she gives a lot of importance to her family... So, I totaly understand her taking 3 months off... It's NATURAL! It's her first baby girl Valentina we're talking about! Personally, I think that all the hurried models are the strange ones... For instance, Heidi seemed to didn't even appreciate her motherhood, occupying her precious time with workout... I DON'T want Adriana to be like that... That's just my opinion, though, I'm not attacking anyone... No hard-feelings! I respect other's opinions, I'm just trying to explain how we, fans, feel towards Adri.

God knows...if she came back quickly she'd be getting people bashing her for returning so soon...so she's damned if she does damned if she doesn't.

IMO she's taken enough time off, and she's returning, the showcard proves she's working again and ready too. Also if you want to include Ale...the ONLY reason she came back was for the VS show because she had time (which I'm sure if Dri would have, she would have been there) after that Ale didn't work...she took time off. As for Heidi, she took quite a bit of time off after she had Leni (her first child) but no so much after her others because she knew how to juggle both...lay off a bit.
This surprises me but it doesn't...back a few months ago Lima-Fans was told that she would be returning in March, and Marilyn just said recently in the Spring which is in March. This showcard not only shows she'll probably be back at PFW...but she's probably back shooting for VS at this point as well.

If you're pregnant and you're not a model, you usually get 16/20 weeks off before getting back to work... and Adriana I think already passed that time.. So her getting back to work isn't that weird and we haven't seen any new work from Adriana for like what 6 months? I think she's excited to get to work as well..
