i hate awfulplasticsurgery.com...they are never accurate. they show completely different before and after photos from different angles, lighting etc...so its impossible to really determine whether the person had plastic surgery, unless it is really obvious like in the case of melanie griffith or lil kim....it doesnt look like adriana had surgery

somehow I also doubt she's had surgery, in most of the older pics I've seen of her (when she was 16 or 17?) she had the same lips
