Personally I think gisele's fame has a lot to do with Luck. She got here first and it was a big boom because she was Brasilian, and they'd never really had that before. So she was the new thing and etc, I say this because for the longest time no one wanted to work with her becuase no one found her attractive. But from the very begining of Adriana's career she was loved by the industry, no one had seen anyone with a face like hers before, I personally think if Adriana would have moved to the US a bit before Gisele, she would have been in Gisele's place if not bigger and more famous

Adriana did high fashion for a quite a while before Victoria's Secret. She did work for many companies before VS, and was a very hot model for many campaigns before VS, she really only became exclusive to VS after 2003.

As far as I'm concerned Adriana is the most famous out of most of them, she's landed the most famous Contracts, Victoria's secret and maybelline and is still making money from TIM mobile. People love her, and most people don't think she looks like a hooker, I don't know many men who find Gisele attractive, most of them know her name but when they see her they don't get the appeal.

I see people standing up for High fashion models all the time, and while I have nothing against them, I'm sorry if I was a model I would much perfer Adriana's career as oppossed to some of the other "High fashion models" Hse makes a ton of money doing what she loves, she doesn't have to walk 100 runways to make that money, she's better known to the public, and she's got the position most girls would love to have which is an Angel for VS, and most people saymodels don't want it, but I challenge you to watch the VS show and most of the girls are just so honored to be doing the show, and most of them are in awe of Adriana and the other Angels.

And do you mean Career? If you think she looks like a hooker, where are you from? I want to go and see these hookers.

Funny, I was just going to say how old she looks, more like mid-30's than mid-20's. Mainly in the face which looks about 10 years older than the rest of her.

To me, she is past her prime and will not have the longevity of some others. I have the feeling that 10 years from now, no one will remember her.
