To me, she is past her prime and will not have the longevity of some others. I have the feeling that 10 years from now, no one will remember her.

I think her name will still be around 10 years. People still remember Christy Brinkley and shes been out of modeling for ages. Though Christy had a big impact in the "supermodel" era, Adrianna is still far more attractive then she ever was. So, bet Adrianna's name will still be around.

Becasue I am from Brasil and I am sick of seeing our models just used for the 'sexy thing' I admire Gisele that broke that rule, and is still working outside of the 'sexy market' as well in it.

Adriana looks good but I do not remeber her on campaings for Dior, Luis Vuiton, D & G, Cavalli, Celine, Versace, Cacharell, YSL, Gaultier... the list goes on and on for Gisele ...

And Adriana = Maybeline+VS ?

I do preffer Gisele's carrer over Adriana... but that is just my opinion.

She is also the favorite model of Cia Maritima, Patachou, Movimento and Lino Villentura. She asked to do a special show for all of them a coupe years ago, and back in her runway career, she was the closing and opening model for them. Plus Luca Luca loves her and asks her to do an honory show each year.

She did a private line for a designer who actually designed the cloths on her body, she did , she is the favorite model of Ellen Von Unwerth and shot many many eds with her.

I'm sorry she's done her fair share of High fashion and well over her fair share of Commercial, IMO she's done much better stuff than Gisele.

i think that adriana needs to manage her career better!she can take really good pics ,she has proven that.She needs get herself on covers like cosmo,marie claire , elle or other magazine that is in her range.If she does that she will expand her name.I think that adriana is happy where she is in her live and thats what counts

Adri might not be in many high fashion campaigns anymore, but she does have a career that many models only dream of. And perhaps it is best she didn't go the high fashion direction since there is already enough models in that market

Well said! There's nothing wrong with sexy! I've never got this whole high fashion better than 'commercial' theory.
