That is EXACTLY the point I made in Emily Didonato thread.They wanna a substitute for Adriana, and apparently the same face.
Emily really has same features as Adri, it's really so obvious, and she is like taking her spot, in the commercial sense, taking her spot with Maybelline and VS.
But this with Maybelline is just so creepy.What's the point of them making a new campaign, with new model, and going for identical make-up, face, and poses as old campaign with Adriana.
That is really odd.
I actually thought that adds are Adriana's old ones, my reaction was like, "wait that's NOT Adriana?".
Adds are total fail, why would someone copy their previous campaign?Fail.

Let's try not to make a discussion about Emily in Adriana's thread.

Ok look, these types of things happen all the time in the industry . They replace faces with another one that look similar but they are two different people. Maybelline isn't the only company to have done this.

^ I just find it funny is all. And creepy too, but at the same time I think Adriana should be flattered that Maybelline obviously considered her a big part of their company so much so that they had to literally fill her position with someone who resembles her and they did a pretty damn good job. They probably went crazy when she said she was leaving though. And as for Emily replacing Adriana in VS, I don't think that would ever happen in a million years because they love Adriana. Plus, Emily looks so different doing VS which makes it more obvious that it's just Maybelline making her look like Adriana.
