I don't agree! Yes they love her, but they also love their other Angels. It's Alessandra's 10th anniversary with VS this year. So no, I don't think Adriana will get the bra. I do think Adriana will get a bigger role in VSFS this year, maybe opening? I think Ale will get the bra and that's how it should be!
I think she's just saying that last year Alessandra should've worn it. Everyone thought she was going to because they made it seem that way and Adriana was gone so naturally that's what you assumed. This year it started off looking like it, but with Adriana making her comeback with them and Heidi probably leaving, and all these new girls they're using, Alessandra might get dissed again. If not Adriana wearing it, then like Candice or something. I do agree that Adriana should open though.

When it was Heidi's 10th anniversary with VS they made a little film about her cause she didn't walk that years show!
When it was Adriana's 10th anniversary with VSFS she got to wore the FB and open the show.
Now it's Ale's 10th anniversary and you actually think they would diss her cause Adriana is making her comeback? Be a bit realistic here!
But if we consider a comeback to VS as a reason to wear FB, why not consider leaving VS as reason to wear the FB (Heidi?). If Heidi is leaving do you think VS would just go and be like: Okay bye Heidi. They didn't do that with Tyra either.
You guys really shouldn't understimate the other Angels, just because of Adriana's comeback. VS supports Adriana very much, which is good for her and her career, but that doesn't mean they forget the other Angels, especially when it comes to an anniversary. Remember when it was the year of Adriana's anniversary everyone was convinced they would do something special for her or give her the FB. Is it so weird to even think that Adriana won't get the FB, but will get another huge stuff from VS?

I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm not underestimating Ale wearing it. I think she should wear it! But when I look at the bigger picture, I don't see it happening as much as I used to like last year or earlier this year. That's all.

The thing is what comes with the bra is publicity, talk shows and a name. They are not going to give the bra to someone who doesn't have a big enough name, or garnish enough press to promote it. Wehn Adriana, Heidi and other got it...it was a huge deal. Alessandra still isn't quite famous enough for it. Also I don't see Adriana opening the show, they never did that when Heidi came back...they put her second or third to get a crowd reaction which I see them doing with Adriana, and I see Candice opening the show.
I'm not underestimating the other angels at all, but if you want to go who should have gotten what and blah blah blah, it's off. Adriana has opened the show how many times, and if we want to go with who deserves it...Ale should have done it a long time ago, Adriana should have gotten the bra a long time ago...that's just not how VS works. VS works with whoever can bring in the most press, who the public likes, who can promote the bra the best.
Now, I think Ale should get the bra...but if I look back at how VS has done things...I don't see it happening. With all the work they are putting into Adriana's comeback, how badly she was demand back, and a few top secret projects the photographers and etc are keeping..as well as her...I wouldn't be surprised. Also, I agree with this. If you look at any of my posts, I know damn well Heidi wouldn't and couldn't leave without some big hoopla and it would be kind of weird if she didn't! I don't even care about the bra this year. I just want to see Adriana in some nice outfits and laying off the Bare Bronze. The show doesn't even have to be about her. It just will be because she wasn't at the last one and people are looking for her.

Okay, true true! When did VS did a special film about Heidi, because she didn't walk the show? (I bet if she did walk the show she got the bra) And when did Adriana eventually got the bra? And what year is it for Ale? That's what I'm saying.. I'm not saying who should wear it a long time ago..
About the way VS works, I think VS changed the way they work. Look at VSFS last year, the whole mess it was. And now even non-angels getting more work than Angels themselves. VS changes a lot, how they work and who they work with, so I don't think the ways VS works right now are reliable reasons.

And if Heidi leaves VS this year.. Heidi's goodbye will be bigger than Adriana's comeback. Adriana is VS-leading-Angel, but Heidi is a VS-icon.. so all we can do is wait and see what VS got in store for us..
Apparently, this has become the VSFS 2010 thread since we couldn't wait. Haha, I love it. And I don't want to count Heidi out just yet because the next thing you know she pops up out of nowhere. I think they might do a Heidi/Adriana event. But anyway, I think the 2010 show will be a really good one. I'm trying to stay positive after the mess that was last year.

Yes, Im having the same feeling Vivaglam. I also think its gonna be a nice show, a lot of things people are talking about already. Last year was a complete mess. Im sure they will do amaizng stuff for both Adri and Heidi, and no more America's next top model.
