I don't think it was a one time thing because she went to the show in Paris (wearing head-to-toe Givenchy) even though she didn't walk and she never does that. Also, when she did the campaign she was also invited on behalf of Givenchy to go to the MET Ball (but didn't go for whatever reason). Riccardo seems to really like her from what he's said about her so I'm thinking we'll see her again.

I don't see Adriana doing a campaign for Givenchy anytime soon. I'll bet we'll see her do runway at one of the upcoming fashionweeks and she'll be doing Givenchy as well

I've read that he said he wanted Isabeli too, but I haven't read anywhere that said Adriana was only booked as a replacement for Isabeli.

When do we ever know Adriana is going to show up somewhere? That's the thing though. Isabeli and Daria weren't casted. He wanted to cast them and they couldn't be there because they both had previously scheduled shoots. Not that he casted them and then something came up last minute and they couldn't be there.

the way I interpret it, he wanted so & so models. there are only so many dresses...so if he wanted those models, then those dresses were for those models.

those models weren't available, so someone else had to fill in. in that same article, it was stated that his stylist suggested Adriana and Alessandra, whereas Marc wanted Isabeli and Daria.

to me, that's a 2 for 2 swap right there. maybe I'm misinterpreting it, but that's what it seemed like to me.

Marc said he wanted Elle and Laetitia and Katie wanted Adriana and Ale who were there. Later in the interview, he said he also wanted Daria and Isabeli, but it didn't work out basically. I think you're misinterpreting it because Isabeli and Daria weren't even casted (I don't even think Isabeli was even in Paris at the time) and their pictures weren't even part of the casting photos which were taken days before the show.

Exactly, I don't think it was an either Isabeli and Daria or Adriana and Ale sort of thing. Anyways, I'm still hoping that the US Vogue shoot will be more than just a feature, I know it's a long shot but wouldn't a cover be fantastic. When was the last time Peter Lindbergh shot a cover anyways?

Don't keep your hopes up for a cover. Even the thought of it.^^ Lindbergh hadn't shot Vogue US for over 16 or 17 years before the Natalia V ed in the July issue.

I think Katie cast half the models, Marc cast the other half. It's more than obvious who cast who. But maybe Laetita and Elle replaced Isabeli and Daria? Who knows.

Katie is all over Alessandra like a rash these days so it's not surprising Adriana and Rosie won't get many shots. Too bad. Adriana is obviously the best model out of the 3 of them.

I think she's also gotta like Adriana a tinsy little bit if she recommended both Ale and Adriana for the LV show. but it's clear she prefers Ale. anywho, just glad to see Adriana in something new non-VS
