Adriana Lima

I heard 2 days ago that she worked with those two photographers like 3-4 weeks, lol i've forgotten their names but they are very popular. I'm pretty sure ya'll know them. Anyway, i just hope it's not for an editorial. I hope it's for a campaign or cover

^Who? I&V or M&M? I wonder who shot that campaign in Paris with her and Sara.

Adriana is on the cover of Isto é Gente Brazil, from this week

Finally! Her last cover (alone, I mean) at isto é Gente was in 2003!

You can tell that photoshoot was so last minute. It was probably in the parking lot of the Monange show venue. She still looks great though! Thank you. :flower:

Adriana's taking over brazil! Since she started with the forum campaign, she hasn't slowed down. And I don't really know anything about haute couture (i just know that models walk in the show) but has she ever walked a haute couture show?!

The only one that comes to mind is Atelier Versace in 2003 with Hana S.

It was, she did this photoshoot in Curitiba at the same day she walked to that Monange thing :p

She did do haute couture?! Wow! Never knew she was actually a high fashion girl

Personally I think that it is 1000x more impressive that Adriana walked the VSFS when she was seventeen than knowing that she walked couture or RTW early in her career. Of course it is good information to know and I like learning about a model's early career, but it does not surpass by a long shot being a teenager who walked in an arena full of people in her underwear for a show that was broadcast on national television and was wildly popular and buzzed about at the time, and the other models in the show were the likes of Naomi, Gisele, Liya, Carmen, Frankie, Alek, Stephanie, Helena, Tyra* and other models whose names are still recognizable to this day than a bunch of nameless East Europeans, Brazilians and North Americans whose names have slipped into oblivion.

Having said that, since we are delving into history, what is the deal with Adriana and Anna Molinari?

* I am just randomly naming models who walked VS back in the day, I don't know if these were the actual models in Adriana's first show.

Speaking of old school Adriana, I just came across these old pictures of her on my computer. Probably been posted before but I thought they were cute

She was 17 when she first walked the show? Incredible! I'm sure most ppl thought she was around 21. She's always had a mature look
