Her outfits aren't too bad. I love the wings, except I get the feeling they're too similar to her wings in Coquettish Fetish in 2006.

I hope they style her hair like it was in 2003. Hers looked so flirty and beautiful.

I'm literally counting down the hours to seeing Adriana in the show!! I'm so disappointed she's not opening it though.

Victoria's Secret angel Adriana Lima wants us all to know she doesn't stick to her pre-show liquid diet and twice-daily workouts routine year-round.

"Everybody is talking about my crazy diet," she told me backstage this morning as she got glammed for tonight's catwalk.

The supermodel and hot mom recently admitted she sticks to liquids only nine days before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and stops drinking water for 12 hours before she hits the runway to drop the most weight.

But she defended the drastic measures, comparing herself to an athlete in training:

"I know it's very intense but...I just have an athlete's mind and I appreciate doing this thing," she told me. "It's not that I do crazy diets throughout the year. I just do it for this particular thing. After this show, I become normal again!"

In fact, she said she didn't work out quite as hard she normally does this time. "This year, even though my diet was intense, I took it a little bit easier on the working out so I won't be as muscular," she explained.

Adriana said after she's done strutting her stuff tonight, she'll celebrate with a big dinner at her favorite restaurant, Milos, with family and friends.

Alessandra on her daughter Anja's exposure to the show:

"She came to the rehearsal — she's not allowed to come to the show yet! She was on the runway with me. She was just playing model, she was being an Angel . . . She didn't see the costumes, she only saw the wings. She saw the wings, and she was like, 'Mama! I have all these wings too at home! I have a butterfly, I have angel wings!' She has tons of wings, she was comparing our angel wings with hers."

Adriana on her daughter Valentina's playdate with Alessandra's daughter:
"My baby, Valentina, actually I brought her yesterday for rehearsal. She did see my shoes, she fell in love with the wings. She walked on the runway. It was so cute. She had such a fun day yesterday. Alessandra's baby was here too, Anja, they were having a little playdate!"
