oh my god. that new VS picture is just beyond. i can't even begin to believe how shockingly beautiful she is.

they CANNOT let her go. i have made comments in the VS thread about it being time for Adriana and Alessandra to hang up their wings. and despite my love and appreciation for each of them, a part of me does think that. BUT - i don't mean "entirely". what i mean is that -- as long as they continue to put out pictures that look like THAT one above?! i mean, VS would be completely stupid not to retain them. there's no currently working model on the planet that delivers such gorgeous, sensual photos like that new Adriana one. i think she should be moved to a sorta Heidi and Tyra (during their last few years with the company) kind of place now, though. let the younger, new girls be the fresh faces that VS puts out to the work and let them use Adriana for very special campaigns and appearances. she's their leading lady, their grande dame, but only in small doses, that keeps the exclusivity and allure.

I think Adriana has a good 3 years with VS before her age really begins to be a factor, I mean she will be 35 so it's a little silly by then to be an Angel when there will be girls half her age. She really does not look her age though and she still has the body for it. So that's what's most important. But it's inevitable that she will one day hang up her wings, just like others before her.
