What is your fashion obsession of the moment?
I really love a lot of the collections coming from some several designers from Jason Wu to Givenchy and Balmain. There are some really incredible pieces that I have my eye on!
What are your fashion and beauty essentials?
I think a great fitting little black dress is a closet staple as well as a good everyday bag. For beauty, I’m a fan of a red lip.
How would you describe your style as a teenager?
I think as a teenager, I was much more beachy. I grew up in Brazil where the weather was warm and a good pair of shorts, a t-shirt and sandals was all you needed. I like to think that my style has evolved since then.
A smell that reminds you of your childhood?
The ocean.
What do you do to stay in shape?
I’ve been boxing for several years. For me, it is both mental and physical maintenance.
Do you have a quick-fix diet?
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix. I promise I work out just as hard as everyone else. There is no secret!
In which film would you like to be the leading lady?
I would want to play Superwoman or Catwoman in an action film.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Healing powers.
What is your favorite holiday and why?
Christmas and New Year. It is a good time to be with family and reflect on where you have been and where you want to be.
Is there a particular gift you like to give?
Quality time.
Do you have a lucky charm?
My daughters are my lucky charms.

A photo of my daughters.
What is your favorite food?
I love sushi!
Do you have any vices?
Chocolate.
Where in the world have you never been before, that you would particularly like to visit?
Probably somewhere in Southeast Asia.
If you could teleport, where would you go?
I would be able to go home from anywhere in the world.

What is your favorite city and why?
Paris and New York. The energy in both places is electric.
What is the first thing you do when you arrive in Paris?
Get a croissant!
Do you follow a particular diet? Which foods do you enjoy, and which do you try to avoid?
I try and be respectful of my body and what I put into it. I do this for both work and my lifestyle. I try not to overindulge in anything, but to that same point, I also don’t deprive myself of anything.
What animal would you be reincarnated as?
Either an animal that can fly and soar high, or an animal that lives and splashes around in the ocean.
What has been your boldest fashion statement?
I like to think that my style is fashionable but also wearable. I would say that my Ricardo Tisci dress and shorts combination for the CFDA Fashion Awards in 2013 was pretty bold.
What do you consider the worst fashion faux-pas?
I think a fashion faux-pas is when you try to wear something that doesn’t make you comfortable or doesn’t make you feel like you.
Who is your role model?
I would say I love old Hollywood icons like Marilyn Monroe or Sophia Loren.
If you were sent to a desert island, what three things would you take with you?
My daughters, a book, and maybe an amazing outfit. If I am going to be stuck there, I might as well look good!
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A doctor.
