Ai was taller than others when she was a kid,and that made her very different from them.
she had a nickname that called "bean sprout"..
at first,she was very ...she had a kind of inferiority complex about her height and didn't do very well on her studies.
Then as she was 15...a teacher and her Mom encouraged her so she started to be a model of a Japan magazine "17(???I'm not very sure..)"..

I think Ai's nickname is very cute.........
