It looked to me like a Missoni dress (the one in the Tokyo event), so I checked on style.com, and it is a Missoni SS08 dress, worn by Tanya D. I hate the dress, the colours are a bit too much, a mismatch.

I kinda like the Missoni dress. From the profile it looks like Ai has a butterfly wing.
