ALDO and YouthAIDS have designed stylish sets of "Empowerment Dog Tags" to raise awareness and the necessary funds to help save lives around the world. They make a bold statement about your involvement with the fight against AIDS.

The "Empowerment Tags" are engraved with "Hear", "See", or "Speak" on one tag, and the AIDS ribbon on the other.

But in the end, what's the most important is the cause...... I am all for it.

Its nice to see Aldo do something like this, it really increases thier credibility. Those ads are scary, esp when theyre as big as you are in a store window, but it gets attention.

I myself, am not a fan of Aldo or of dog tags, but I will be buying them, probably to give out as gifts, because I really want to contribute to such an important cause.

great campaign, which is odd for them. I quite like them. Don't like gimmicky awareness items (ie live strong bracelets) but at the end of the day, if they raise money, well then....there's no harm in that

I had no idea about this. I mean, I saw the ads, and I thought it was an odd choice. My friend works at Aldo, and she had the tag around her neck...I know what that was bout now. Anyway, anything that supports AIDS awareness is good in my book! And, I'm suprised the whole 100% gets donated!

I want a dog tag!

I'd hate for them to become mere fashion accessories.

But (even though I hate when people wear something without fully understanding it), It's great promotion for the organzation.

Even if it does become a fashion accessory, I don't really mind at all because those who do not realise what good they are doing when they buy these dog tags are REALLY going to make A CHANGE.....
