As I said on the magazines thread, I didn't like it at first sight but the more I look at it, the more I like.
The colors are nice, her pose is great and the make up is nice for a beach shot.

I LOVE the layout, the coordination between the red of the masthead matching her top and the lipstick is perfect in my opinion. Her pose and hair are on point. The styling is kinda meh, but I like the top because of the color coordination. I think the eyes are a little on the puffy side (like they were in her British Vogue editorial) but in the larger version it looks better, and as always I wish her mouth were a little more closed (but it works here for me with the beach setting)
Congrats on your 10th Vogue cover, Alessandra! Hopefully this is just the start for 2015!

One thing is still weird to me. She was in St. Barth's with Teddy Charles (hair) and Fulvia Farolfi (makeup) and they worked with Ale on her Vogue Brazil cover, but Jilian Davison (from US Glamour) was also there. I wonder if there's something else for US Glamour or whether Jilian collaborated on Vogue Brazil editorial if there are more than one in this new issue.

The thing is that I loved the photo not the cover, if you guys know what I mean.
The title in red with an ordinary font called "Summer's Plan" on the left, is something that I do believe that every person was able to do at the Photoscape, or even at the PowerPoint. No joke

I LOVE the 4th and 5th shot, but in general the editorial is a little underwhelming. The makeup is just so heavy, and the setting doesn't look particularly special, this could have been any beach, I wish they had taken advantage of the great locations within St. Barth's.
In other news, yesterday Ale shot again for Vogue Brazil. It will be an article in February's issue about her Ale by Alessandra swimsuit line. It was shot by her friend Eric Chambers and will include photos of Ale with Fernanda Motta, Renata Maciel, Ludi Delfino, Gisele Coria, and her daughter Anja.
