Alexander McQueen Headpiece???

I was flicking through a beading book the other day and saw a pic of a gorgeous elaborate HUGE headpiece that Alexander McQueen had either designed or acquired for a Givenchy collection. I have searched and searched online for this pic but can't find it. It's rather spirally, silver and crystal and quite high and wide. There is a beaded section that covers the models face as well.
Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
