It's amazing. No, more than amazing. Genius.

It has the most predatory feeling I've ever felt from a men's collection. But very sharp at the same time.

Make no mistake, I WOULD 100% wear those beanies and mouthpieces.

The whole collection looks like ninja to me.. and Goyard prints?

Not bad, very cool
Although a little disappointed, (because it is McQueen)

What is McQueen's obsession with print lately? He keeps using that kaleidoscope print over and over and it's boring now. Same with the paint splatter.
I do like a few of the coats with the patent shine but otherwise - pass.

Absolutely wonderful. I'm very impressed...this is the McQueen that I know and love.

I think it's his best use of these techno prints. They're used in a much more subtle, sensual and mysterious way than when he used them for his women's Spring/Summer 2009 and 2010 collections. It's aggressive, sharp, moody, conceptual and yet it still manages to exist in the world of today (unlike that atrocious Spring/Summer 2010 women's collection).

And I like that it's a collection made up of strong, realistic pieces. Unlike his recent womenswear collections, which seem to be nothing more than flashy exercises in excess and theatrics, I can see the strength in the individual pieces of this show...great pants, great shirts, jackets, coats, etc.

Well done McQueen.

I really like this. It's interesting and dynamic, yet its wearable. I especially love how he diffused the structure of armour and built those jackets. Even though it isn't something necessarily new for fashion (Raf has done it at Jil Sander), its something new for McQueen.

The only thing I don't like, is the inclusion of those fur accents on the jackets. Why? It looks out of place to me.

Overall though, this is the most impressive collection for menswear this week. Even if it isn't your cup of tea, it's something memorable; which is more than I can say for some of the other shows (Burberry, Gucci).

I love the prints, its great, yeah i know Raf has done in the past something similar for JS but this is great.

OMG!!! This is AMAZING!!! I sttoped breathing when I opened this thread! McQueen, you know that I love you, but I'll say it again: I loooooove you! This collection gives me goosebumps... I didn't even look at the models (except the red haired one)... Best so far! It's risky, it's different, it's sassy, it's so McQueen... I doubt anyone can top it!

I just stopped by to look at the clothes again. Heavens, they're very covetable. Dark and brooding and mysterious... This is a forerunner among the best collections this season IMO.

This is so beautiful. I want one of those amazingly cut coats so bad! I love the chain mail print.

I see more of a medevial influnce in this collection, notsomuch "ninja". Hence, some of the prints look like chaimail-weaves. Lots of baroque, paisley-ish prints, too. Remids me of medevial tapestries.

Brilliant collection....A+++

The haircuts are certainly, very medevial.....

Thank god I'm not the only one who's tired of his mirror-image digital prints. Literally I opened this thread thinking "so help me if it's another collection of manipulated photo prints I'll scream."

Lo and behold...

Besides being tired of the prints themselves I think they're becoming a lazy way of making a garment seem interesting. Covering a basic blazer or pants in a complex print doesn't make the blazer or pants any less basic. He should be using more of his skills in cut and less of his skills in print design.

menswear just isn't alexander mcqueen's forte. seriously, a few of those coats will make their way off the shelf and some of those suits would look great on the street, but none of these items contains the passion nor inspires the frenzy that even one shoe from the womenswear collection could muster.
