oh thanks for starting this, scott!.

firstview's vanished from my radar, which means I wont be finding Alexandre closeups any time soon, however, I'd like to point out that his asymmetrical cuts were always object of my desire , I found them extremely remarkable in the way they integrated complex architecture into such simple designs..simple so to speak of course.

i miss them so much. they're work was(and is still to this day as it resonates) always such magic to me. they were like a starburst of pure phantasm yet,what you say,they were indeed also very grounded as well. i think that's what was so special about them. they had some gorgeous cutting indeed....very sharp but not aggressively so.

i hope they come back soon if not already planning to do so.

here is some of their A/W 01 the only one i can find other than the one's you posted from style.

this was the collection they did that I believe,if i remember correctly,that was inspired carousels and circus performers.
