I too like the dress and the shoes but not together. I agree, mixing and matching colors can be fun but I think she's mixing dressy with casual and sheer with solid so it looks weird.

But as always, her face is super stunning so it doesn't matter.

That dress is the most unflattering shape and color. I nice light blue that hugs her figure would've been nice (like the dress she wore at the premiere of Sin City)

Those heels are so cute, though, and so is her hair. Gorgeous girl.

I like the color of the dress. I don't like the bottom half but she looks confident. I agree about the heels, the fact that she is wearing a blue dress with shoes that have orange (blue and orange being complementary colors) is a bit much.
