she has had several nose jobs. look at previous pictures. Their surgeon is very good because it did it very subtly and gradually. But they obviously thought subtle wasnt good enough. Her work is actually very good. Its just that we KNOW its surgery...which kind of takes the sheen off being a 'model'...

Anyhoo she looks good...if a little extreme. But this is Americans....cant do things low key AND they are lohans...

The same surgeon obviously did Lindsay and Dinas noses too....

I wonder if her cheeks are actual implants of just fillers....

I think Lindsay's nose is natural--but not her lips, obviously...she didn't get as many strong Italian features as her sister and older brother. Linds and her younger brother have much lighter features.

Ali's cheeks have definitely been messed with though, she looks very Nip/Tuck.

I agree, I thought she looked like a cross between Camille Belle and Ruby Aldridge in these pictures, too.

She was cute before, now she looks like a model. She doesn't look bad, IMO. And it kind of shows she's really determined to make it as a model?

Half of the Brazilian models got breast implants when they were 16, I don't think it's so much of a big deal (anymore). People do crazy stuff to become models, actors, etc. Enhancing your physical appearance is almost part of the job now, I guess.

Not that I was being that serious with my previous comment, though But at least she does have a goal and wants to do something other than just party and be LiLo's sister, so why not do whatever it takes

Can't say I'm surprised with her plastic surgery... ever since she was like 13 people have been ripping on her looks, saying she looks 40 and washed up. Imagine constantly reading that people think you're ugly and look three times your age and you'll never be as pretty as your sister all throughout your teen years. I think people were especially vicious because she was a Lohan. Rumer Willis will probably be next because she's another one that blogs constantly call ugly.
