Allure August 2017 : Emily Ratajkowski by Daniel Jackson

It's flawless, in an artificial way. The tan, lips, hair, it's all too perfect. Yet it's a welcome reprieve to see a beauty magazine go back to basics by ditching the gimmicks.
I also see there trying a new art direction. Not to my taste, I'm afraid.

I'm not sure why Emily is getting all these covers. One would think she'd run out of stuff to say by now, what with not having an actual career.

Looks really dated. Nice to her on the cover though. But a smile would've done this more justice. The overall mood is just so depressing (albeit the season).

The layout, although looking better, looks very very dated. 2004 realness. On the brightside, at least they're trying to step up

This sad cover makes me glad I stopped buying this magazine. You ain't selling me HAIR when the biggest feature on the cover is boobs. Plus mention of p*rn and dirt. I don't know whether they're doing Emily a disservice or just going along with expectations.

Probably my favourite cover of hers, the styling suits her. Have to agree with Benn though - how does she keep getting these covers? She must have an amazing booker, considering she isn't a real model and certainly not a real actress.

I like the cover but her lips ruin almost every editorial shot. Also, ever since someone on her said she reminds them of a chihuahua, I can't see anything else when I see her.

and I think what Benn meant to say was that it's surprising she hasn't run out of things to say about her boobs because that is all she ever talks about.

I think she looks gorgeous.
Jackson knows how to capture a good portrait.
Not totally liking the ed, though. Looks like some Herb Ritts influence.
Funny about the cleavage, seems she was just complaining not too long ago about not being take serious for acting parts because of her boobs.

This is probably the first picture of Emily I like. Daniel Jackson did a nice job once again.
