I like the theme of this issue, but the execution is not that special. Halima's editorial looks like a US Vogue reject. The third and last shots are spectacular though, typical Sundsbo. That lovely, flowing silhouette. He should really be getting more covers!

I want to like the edit with the army officers because the theme is actually quite strong, but they couldn't deliver better shots? These look like they belong in Time magazine. Allure staff shouldn't forget that they're still a beauty magazine - aspiration sells!

Halima's ed is cool, but the hand on the cover makes it looks like she's picking her nose or Dr. Evil-ing her nose

There are some beautiful shots in that editorial, but I can't look at the cover without cringing. Who told her to do that hand gesture?? Looks ridiculous

I actually really enjoy the cover! Powerful image.
I just CAN'T at Allure including Kendall as a "trailblazer and rule breaker" for being the first 'reality show model' though.

It's the hand gesture for "love". It goes with the message from the interview. I can understand that.
