Ok, why? This is Kate's second cover and imho, doesn't deserve it. We are talking about a girl who is never going to have a huge career and is in fact, a solid B-lister. Once upon a time, Linda Wells used to put solid, relevant cover subjects on the cover. What happened to that idea?

As if celebs these days need something to promote to get the magazine cover.I dont get questions like that anymore, in the past two years i have bought around 100 magazines,and on more than half of them were celebs that dont have anything particular to promote but they are on it because they sell and are hot at the moment.

So i do think we are pass the stage, "Why is she on the cover if she dosent have anything to promote".....its how it is.
