Wow, I'm really bummed they did the typical Hollywood ubertan/smoke eyes/pink lips. She is not typical Hollywood, and it undermines her beauty.

Too much airbrushing...I like her better with dark hair...it would be a lovely contrast against her beautiful eyes...

She's too tan, but her smile looks great (unlike that Mariah Carey cover). I suprised she got the cover though, she only has a supporting part in her new movie, "The Family Stone."

I don't know why, but I like it. I like her insane smile. I do agree she could be less tanned - that would be cooler. Feels more late 70s than 90s to me, though. Kinda post modern Farrah bite/smile.

Can someone pleeeeeeeease tell me who is in this issue's "fashion stakeout"?

Nicole Richie gets the fashion stakeout, but it was a pretty lazy selection that captured little of her bohemian finery.

Rachel McAdams is a good actress but her features need little retouching. Pile makeup on her and she looks downright dreadful.

Inside: Julia Stegner has a makeup edit; Luca G. wins the fashion edit (all jeans). I like Luca's shoot... They paired luxe jackets/accessories from designers with under-$100 jeans from high street brands.
