I really can't like this, the image seems out of focus, her expression is dull, and whatever they did made her look really plastic. The styling just doesnt work for her either.

It's interesting how easily people can transform her from cutesy teeny bopper to an elegant or edgy woman. Her Vogue cover from 2017 was the best of that year. I don't think that is the case here, (who could outshine Zendaya, honestly....) but she comes close.

Frida was unique, but she certainly didn’t invent this look, it’s part of traditional Mexican beauty/culture, as I understand it. Selena is Mexican-American. She’s not copying Frida, she’s participating in her own cultural heritage.
