Perhaps this should be in supporting cast...heh heh...but I think she has breast implants. I have that Leigh Bantivoglio top she wore at the MTV Movie Awards, and trust me, you can't wear a bra under it (it looks weird) and it doesn't give you *that*much support. And I'm not flat-chested. So what's the verdict? Implants or no implants?

but as for the boob issue its the first time ive seen amanda bynes so i dont know if she was flat or whatever- however- it wouldnt surprise me younger girls are getting plastic surgury i know a 15 yr old who just got a nose job-[rhinoplasty ??] and her 17 yr old sister got breast implants!

what plastic surgeon would agree to give breast implants to a 17 year old girl who might even not be finished developing yet? who might be in her awkward stage? who might not have the maturity or comfort with herself to make a fully thought-out decision?

I was flipping through that issue ("It's Totally Raining Teens!") at the grocery store and was really annoyed to see 2 girls born in 1981 listed as "teens." Like, heeeeeello Vanity Fair, I was "totally" born in 1981 and am therefore "totally" 21 years old and am a "totally" legal adult.

i dont know who the surgeon was or what type of person he is but many young adults AND teens get cosmetic surgury you just need parents consent. it all comes down to $$ and not only that i know many women who got breast implants by the surgeon lying about the procedure in order to have their insurance pay the full cost maybe its because i live in L.A it isnt so shocking- its everywhere. actually 16 is a popular age for nose jobs.

Seriously. I was born in 82 and I'm not a damn teen. Never want to be a teen again. Though I can't wait until my 21st. July 16th baby!

Celebrities get bras built into their clothes, and not just couture, for events. All of the designer gowns they wear have them so I don't doubt that its possible they did that with her.

I'm not very blessed in that area and it's not so bad, I'm happy. Sometimes it's good to bring out the waterbra - it truly makes a world of difference.
