The picture accompanied an article that just announces her engagement to David Benioff, a screenwriter (he wrote the screenplay for Troy). There was another picture and Hola! says it is Amanda, but I don't think so. The body type and everything is too different. It's impossible to be her, even considering factors like lighting. There is no way. I think they made a mistake on the website. They put the wrong photo.
