thank you! I've always liked that photograph,I think she looked very chic in it.(keith's looking at his lady like a baffled little schoolboy :p)

unfortunately, youtube is down at the moment...
because of that,I don't know what ring you're referring to,but I covet the ring she spotted in "performance" (well, the late sixties in general).you know, the one with the big gem.

btw, does sb. know if this is true?

Thank you for the YouTube link. It is the first time that I hear Anita's voice since the movie Performance. Nice accent.

Yes its kind of true. Marianne in her bio says that the character is loosely based on Anita when she was pregnant, apparently she kept on bleeding and thats where the idea 'white sheets turn red' and etc come about. I know pretty gruesome, anyhow the story continues that Anita would see the doctor and would try to get morphine of the doctor, in complete amusement of herself and Keith as thats where the fun was trying to score of doctors. Beautiful song though

Songbirdsel, that is very interesting. I have read so many books about Faithfull but I did not read that before. Indeed, as I said, that is quite an interesting bit of info. Thanks for sharing.

Thats ok, its really a fascinating read. When i read it i wasnt even interested in Anita or Marianne just the stones really! As i said though its loosely based on Anita, i read back on the pages where she talks about the song and the initial idea behind the song was a man having a car accident and she says she imagened the man was Keith and nurse was Anita. And some of the incidents that happened during Anitas pregenancy were put into the song. lol so there you go history lesson on the song! sorry xxxx lol

I do remember reading that Marianne was terribly impressed that Anita was able to score morphine while pregnant.

Yes, thank you Danabnormal for the Germany photos. Same as 60WildChild, I haven't seen them anywhere before. Very nice pictures. 60WildChild, your numerous photos are quite something too!

Thanks nicovelvet.:) Most of them are nicked from CC&I anyway, which reminds me... I can't seem to post there for a couple of days. What's wrong with MSN anyhow?

EvaLaDiva
,as you appear to be a member of the group,do you possibly know what's wrong - did they stop to accept new members or sth like that?
