now Anita's face looks like it's going to fall off.all that somking and drugs and sun and not enough sleep and nourishment.and Kate Moss is becoming the same way.they used to be such pretty girls!

She does look really bad. She has Hepatitis C, so her skin is always yellow, and she has purple-ish bags under her eyes. She's lived a hard life - I hope she enjoyed it.
It's not too late for Kate to start taking care of herself. I really hope she does because she is so stunning.

Large quantities of alcohol does the same thing. Anything that you do for a long time that the liver can't handle gives you a horrible jaundiced look. You don't need to do drugs, or have hepatitis C to look like this. Some people who drink a lot can have liver failures even in their early 20s. Happened to one guy I know - he survived, but it was close.

Anita was sparkling - she has such beautiful eyes and such a radiant, vindictive, smile that almost breaks her face in two. Bit like Mick Jagger that way, lol.

Yes, she did have the most stunning smile. It's the first thing mentioned about her in every Stones book. I hate seeing photos of her teeth rotting out of her head in the early '70's. I am glad she finally got dentures...but it's just not the same. I would have loved to see her get clean YEARS earlier than she did. I bet she would have aged very well.

i love anita so much! i just hope she doesn't become sensationalized like edie sedgwick and every magazine and every 9th grader out there tries to imitate her style. i think it would be alot harder to imitate than edie's anyway

i completely agree with you, but i think to a certain extend rachel zoe has contributed to this already. you can see nicole and lindsay and etc trying to mildly imitate anita. though its even close to the original at all

yeah its out on dvd i just googled it. Im thinking of buying, do you think its worth it fugfashion? I love the sunnies and ring Anitas wearing when shes sitting down post 84.

it's not a great movie but it's entertaining there are some beautiful shots in it and the soundtrack is great . I'm still waiting for a proper director to make a movie about them .
