He is indeed pushing the brand to its limits. I was not expecting a sailor themed collection at Ann. I don't think it was a full on win and I'n not a fan of the heavy styling but there are some really beautiful individual pieces.

Going back to see Meunier's collections since there are a few I missed and I've got to say that this one, was quite fascinating and did make me miss his point of view.

I'm not interested in the infantile shorts but I do like the romance, the color palette and the detailing. Very personal but not totally alien to the Ann D aesthetic of faded melancholy. If only his womenswear had been as good...you can tell his heart wasn't in those collections.

I don't think I've ever seen a more french looking cast, very handsome but with character...
