The possible substance affiliation doesn't come as a surprise to me but I think the main factor in Anna's death is that she suffered from a broken heart. Daniel seemed to have been her world (He was her 'baby' for 20 years and she thought of him as her best friend). It's just so sad that she didn't get the chance to properly grieve for him and really have someone there to shield her from the media scrutiny, as oppose to exploiting her with doing interviews on Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, et cetera.
 
she really was a beautiful women, sad that she died. But she had a terrible life I must say, hope she is somewhere good now..

Exactly, that is why I really question if Howard ever had her best intentions on his mind...
in the coverage last night he said they went to the Bahamas to get away from paps and press but he is inviting ET over for interviews and to tour the new house?...:huh: I can't imagine he doesn't realize that conflicts.

I'm not picking on you in particular, but everyone who makes comments like this is obviously not a lawyer, or maybe even a person with a functioning brain.

The fight over her deceased husband's money is less about Anna Nicole Smith (she was the heir in the will ... you can leave money to whomever you please), but the fact that his oldest son stole most of his father's estate prior to his father's death, put it into annuities (a remarkably silly thing for a 90-year old man), and then declared himself beneficiary. That's also called fraud.
 
now zsa zsa gabors husband says hes the father of her baby?

this story is just getting weirder and weirder

he is saying they had a 10 year affair!
He is about 90 yo, I think. She likes older men for sure.

If H. J. Marshall wanted her to have that money she should have had it...
and I believe he did b/c I would think otherwise he would have had her sign a prenup.

Totally agree with you on the money - everyone screams 'golddigger', do they really think he married her for true love? He first saw her in a strip club, for heaven's sake. He married her for her body. She made him happy. He made her happy. His money was his money to do with what he wanted. The law states it goes to the spouse if not otherwise stated, and he left it to her anyway. Children who assume they have a right to their parents' fortunes are one of my major pet peeves. It's their money, not yours, until they specifically give it to you. If they want to give it to a college, hospital, cat, stripper, or just blow it all on gambling and candy before they die, that's their business.

Poor Anna and poor Dannilynn. I think Anna had a lot of bad people in her life who obviously didn't care about her but just her money. Including her family, whom she said she was estranged from but now they're all talking to the media as if they knew her so well.
And I agree about Howard Marshall; as unsual as they're relationship may have seemed, I think he was the only person who actually cared about her and vice versa.
And whoa, didn't know Zsa Zsa was 90! And her husbands not even 60! And what the hell, he says he considered adopting Smith the make her a "princess"...they were sleeping together! Whats funny is that he wasn't even born a prince...he bought the title Prince of Anhalt!

Lozzi tells TMZ that Frederick von Anhalt is "a chronic fabricator who likes to inject himself into current events to see himself on television."

Von Anhalt tells the AP he first met Anna Nicole when she was married to elderly billionaire J. Howard Marshall. He claims Smith wanted to become a princess so he says he offered to adopt her, but Gabor refused to sign the paperwork.

Published reports indicate that von Anhalt's "royal" moniker may have been purchased. Reportedly, a financially strapped Marie Auguste, Princess of Anhalt, sold him the title.

This is so strange!!
 
If Prince von Anhalt is the father, that makes 5 month old Dannielynn the great step aunt of PARIS & Nicky Hilton!!!
