EXPLOSIVE NEW CLAIM: SMITH CHOKED ON HER OWN VOMIT

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (February 8, 2007) -- According to a credible source, an employee of Anna Nicole Smith found her in her room in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The employee pulled back a sheet and discovered that she appeared to have choked on her own vomit.
The same source claims that Smith took what was referred to as a "children's sedative," and had "kept passing out" before her death.
AccessHollywood.com has learned from this same source that one of the attending physicians at Memorial Regional Hospital was Dr. Randy Katz. When we contacted Dr. Katz, he acknowledged that he was indeed an attending physician, but Dr. Katz would not comment on any specifics related to his care of Smith.

My dad always had the theory the Smith family killed her son. And now she's dead under same random, suspicious circumstances...

When i heard about her death earlier on the radio, i seriously thought that i had misheard the guy. this is so sudden!
I always thought of her as pretty out there,
but also as someone who stood strong in what seems to me pretty miserable times.

No matter how much of a 'gold digger' or 'dumb blonde' people classify her as, she was a good person and that is what's most important. She's not one of those malicious type.

Sad. She came into a shop where I worked around 1999 or so. She was with a female friend or personal assistant. Neither was malicious or off-putting, just really loopy and cagey and strange. (I won't say "drugged" because that's conjecture & I'm not allowed to.) There was no one else in the shop, but she had that whole slightly terrified "always on" quality I've noticed in other celebrated folk I've met: the bug-eyed, head-turning Sunset Strip horror. It didn't seem like celebrity sat very well with her.

God rest her soul and I hope she's in a better place.

I was so shocked when I found out. I dont know why, but somehow I feel for Anna and Im soooo deeply saddened to have her life end this way. She was absolutely gorgeous and had such a tragic and hard life full of people being extremely cruel to her. I hope she is in a better place where she can just be.

My sister mentioned how the circumstances were very Marylin Monroe ish...

BTW Did I mention that I think Anna was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I mean she is easily the best looking woman I have ever seen. That's what makes it sadder.

so awful that this happened to her. i never liked her in particular, but she went through so much recently... between the loss of her son, the birth of her baby, having to defend who is the father of her child...
it's just really sad.

i read perez but i agree, majority of the comments are disgusting and when he hates someone, he really likes to get that message across. anna definitely wasn't one of his favourites
i've been thinking about this all day, its very sad. and also the fact that nothing we say or think can bring her back, that's death for you though
it's just too freaky that her son died a couple of months before her
i remember in an interview her talking about him and crying saying 'who am i going to buy christmas presents for?'
at least she is at peace now and no longer grieving

i guess that she couldn't except about the fact that her son died. it was to hard for her...

and about that little girl.. i don't think that this will cose a problem because she is just 5 month so she don't know her mother. but i think that there will be a battle between the 2 father..

i wouldn't surprise me if there will be another guy who is saying that its his baby..

but all over all.. she didn't deserve to died so young. i think she was a beatiful woman..

This is so tragic. I feel terrible for her family. My condolences to them. I've always liked her. She seemed like such a fun and energetic woman. I'm so sorry. May she rest in peace.

Yes, she was so full of joy and she seemed like a genuinely nice person.

Can people just stop the Perez Hating...it's getting really annoying. A beautiful woman just died under tragic circumstances and if you don't like the way Perez writes (which is very deliberate, intended to get a rise out of people) then just avoid the site.

Perez is the same as any gossip columnist, except he doesn't hide the fact that he does actually profit from bad news. Because he does. Let's face it, Anna dying is a pay day for him.

As sad as that may be, if you want to avoid the fact that many people make a living off tragedy, then just avoid gossip columns...they'll all have an element of 'glee' to them.

And I don't think he disliked Anna at all on a sidenote - he just seemed to find her very bizarre. Because she was. Really bizarre.
