Howard Stern is being investigated for the murder of Anna and her son.

I'm more of a fan of her argumentative tone than anything else--I appreciate her brutal honesty and assertiveness, although I could do without her sympathetic voice, which irritates me to no end.

Ooo, well said. I totally agree with you on that. NG is an extreme person but I gotta admire her fire.
They said on the news that NG originally went to college to become a teacher but when her fiancee was murdered she decided to go into law to fight for victims' rights.

If I ever ended up in court I wouldn't hesitate to hire her as my lawyer.

I knew there was a good reason for going to those classes with my big brother to study a bit of criminal justice, watching all those suspect interview videos. Glad to know that Howard K. Stern is under investigation for the deaths of Daniel and Anna.
That video smells fishy.

Woh! Im british an dont know any of the background on stern(scary!), her mom, sister etc but it certainly all sounds suspicous.I am just going to research this Nancy Grace woman!
I am still convinced though that whatever the physical cause she died of a broken heart over her darling son Daniel. RIP together.

this is one hell of a story, it has thrown the lid off all the soap operas I hav watched especially now that zsa zsa gabor's husband is now part of the mix! That said though its still very sad especially since there is an innocent child involved...i dont even want to picture her future with the money or not.

Shocked Americans tuned in to Entertainment Tonight because Howard K. Stern, "boyfriend’ to Anna Nicole Smith as well as alleged person of interest in her son’s death, had been paid over a million dollars for an exclusive TV interview just days after her death.
According to Stern, he and Anna were just weeks away from a top secret wedding ceremony. "I just want her to be with Daniel. That would make her happy," Stern moaned during the interview. "I have to get back to Dannielynn. She’s all that’s left of Anna."
Although Stern is being questioned by police surrounding the death of Anna’s son, Entertainment Tonight only asked one probing question, which Stern avoided. When asked about the strange events leading up to Anna’s death, Howard said, "I can’t even think about it."
With Dannielynn being worth a half-billion dollars, custody of the baby has started a vicious war between "father" Stern, Anna Nicole’s mother, a photographer, and Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband.
"She’s not going to take my baby," Stern said of Anna’s mother. "She’s not going to take Anna’s baby. Never. Never. As long as I have one breath left in my body, that woman will not see Dannielynn."

Anna Nicole Autopsy Report Delayed

DRAMATIC new evidence has delayed the release of Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report, raising the prospect that police are considering laying charges.

Dr Joshua Perper said today autopsy tests had been completed, but that police had provided the Broward County medical examiner with new evidence.

He would not say what the evidence was.

The medical examiner had intended to release the results late this week. He did not say when the release would occur, but his secretary said it was expected in the next week or two.

Smith died on February 8 after being found unresponsive at a hotel in Hollywood, Florida.

A day later, Perper released a preliminary autopsy that showed no immediate indication of a drug overdose and no sign of major external injuries on the 39-year-old former Playboy playmate and reality TV star.

Telephone calls to attorneys for Smith's boyfriend Howard K Stern, mother Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead, who claims to be the father of Smith's baby, were not immediately returned.

But FOX News forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden said it is unusual to make a delay at this point in an autopsy.



"The cause of death should be patently obvious at this time ... it sounds like there may be issues about whether it's a homicide or not," he said.



Smith's bodyguard talked to the Seminole Police Department Wednesday about the circumstances surrounding her death, TMZ reported.



Cops went to the house of "Big Moe" Wednesday morning in Pembroke Pines, Fla., because they had questions about the security camera video at the hotel where Smith died.



Big Moe told the cops Smith was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs the day she died, including flu medicine and antibiotics, sources told TMZ.



Sources said Moe also told cops that in the months leading up to Smith's death, her companion, Howard K. Stern, gave her "some types of drugs," though he didn't specifically know which. As he put it, "Anna was in a cloud."



Stern and Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead claim to be the father of Smith's 6-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, and are battling her estranged mother for custody of the child.

And while they are at it, do a court ordered test to find out who Danielynn's father is. Thank god she isn't old enough to understand what is going on!
