The new issue of AnOther Man Magazine sees an intimate conversation between coverstar, fashion powerhouse, film mogul and old-school romantic Tom Ford and Dazed Group co-founder Jefferson Hack about how to be a modern gentleman. Whilst elsewhere in the magazine, Suzy Menkes rummages through the Duke of Windsor’s iconic wardrobe, marvelling at the abdicated king’s trailblazing style. The filmmaker, book worm and Baltimore’s biggest fan, John Waters takes Ben Cobb on an alphabetical trip through his current obsessions.

Fashion features include a shoot by Paul Wetherell and David Armstrong featuring London and New York portfolios of modern gentlemen wearing this season’s collections; photographers Daniel Jackson, Mark Segal and Richard Burbridge collaborate with artist Maurizio Anzeri to explore the full spectrum of the S/S11 wardrobe; and a special centrefold section was shot by Hedi Slimane and styled by Alister Mackie, starring model Lindsey Wixson. Plus: we see new sci-fi from author China Mieville, an exclusive striptease by Betty Page, Glenn O’Brien’s manifesto for the modern gentleman, Sam Riley, Miles Kane, Richard Buckley, Joe Dallesandro, Harland Miller, and more…

Issue 12 of ANOTHER MAN will be on sale in the UK on March 17th

I Dont like the cover, but love him

Horrible. Disappointing too, after truly bright, talented and humble men like Thurston, Keith, Gael, Emile I can't believe Jefferson decided to put the most vapid man in the fashion business on the cover. What's next? Marc Jacobs? Olivier Zahm? He needs to leave this crap for magazines like 25 or Industrie..
..AnOther Man is one of my favorite magazines but I guess I'll have to settle for online editorials this season. :innocent:

not the greatest cover for him, that red is annoying, but from what i could see the content is good
i spotted Andres Velencoso Segura inside and there an ed with Lindsey Wixson and a male model i can't recognize.

I hope he talks about his new movie. I need news on it asap.

I think the pose on the cover would work if, you know, he could actually move his face.

I have no issue with Tom Ford but this cover lacks the subtle intensity which has made past covers of AnOther Man so great. I can sort of understand why they decided to go for a cover shot at a different angle and distance than usual; Tom Ford is a challenging subject as he's just not very expressive in photo.

Regarding AnOther Man, I've loved seeing their revamp in action the past two issues. All non-editorial content has the typography and layout of something like an underground manifesto and it invokes a feeling of intimacy when reading. When I look at the editorials, it feels as if I'm looking at them online but within print media which is an incredibly strange feeling. These things are what make AnOther Man the best reading experience for me.

I like it. I like the vintage feel of the cover.

His Interview cover is way better

I don't like the cover nor the first photo, but the others are pretty good. I think that Tom Ford would be even more attractive if he allowed himself to have a few more character lines.

is tom ford trying to do karl lagerfeld now of himself?

photograph himself for magazines etc...

don't like the idea and its too evident that tom is trying too hard to look young.

Are you sure that's featured in this issue/magazine, tarsha? :(
why would they present this in Another Man instead of AnOther?. Just another reason not to buy this, not to mention the story is quite awful.

Apologies for the double negative comment in this thread btw.. :innocent:
