and you can take a taxi if you want as well depending on where you're staying. perhaps from the centre of town(nationalestraat, kammenstraat,Groeneplaats etc.)and there's an address a bit farther out. they are relatively affordable compared with most cities. they usually have a few drivers stationed right there in in between the school at groeneplaats and the underground area(there's an escelator)where the supermarket is.
I was quite pleased with it too! I went to the sales on Friday, I thought they were pretty good! I got two tops from the Dries Van Noten sale, and a pair of boots from violetta & vera pepa as well
Hi, I'm new to overseas shopping, but I had some general questions:
I want to buy a pair of shoes from Dries, and I'm going to try calling the Antwerp store - I'm assuming they sell overseas? (I'm in the US). Anyone else have any experience regarding this?
I'm hoping that I'll be able to communicate effectively - I don't speak Dutch or German and my French is INCREDIBLY rusty so I'll probably need to speak in English, and I want to make sure I'll be getting the right shoe. Eep!
And specifically:
Has anyone seen these shoes in orange patent at the Dries store? If they don't sell overseas, would anyone be willing to get them for me and I'll send payment, etc?
