^it's kind of the norm for B and C list actors to call paps to get their name and picture out there. If there's some buzz about them, it gets the attention of casting directors more.

Why would the paps follow an actress who has very little acting experience and all she's really done is appear on the Twilight movies? Yeah, it wouldn't happen. She gets papped almost daily and it's just absurd to think paps really care that much about how she spends her day. It's clealy for publicity. There are major A-list actors who get papped less than she does.

we rarely get pap pics from someone like Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep,
Penelope Cruz, Johnny Depp etc.
all those young-hot-hollywood-kind-of-celebs call paparazzis.

but that is just the world of today.
everyone is attention seeker, limelight addicted.
