Ashley Greene brightened up the black carpet for the Hollywood premiere of her new thriller “The Apparition”, which was held at the famed Grauman’s Chinese Theatre this evening.
The 25-year-old beauty turned the spooky theme of the night into a major red carpet glam moment when she turned up in a gorgeous bright fuchsia strapless bustier floor-length dress by Donna Karan Atelier.

She was working the heck out of this stunning creation, which featured ruching all over and a gathered raised skirt at her left hip which fell into cascading ruffles and opened high at the thigh for a sexy finish. It highlighted all of Ashley’s toned assets in the best way, which is always important.

I’d like to think of the look as flawless, but I’m not a big lover of the nude slingback platform Jimmy Choo “Vita” sandals being paired with this. They just felt too chunky for the light and airy feel of the skirt. I’d love to have seen a pewter sandal to match her ring, or a nude strappy heel without a platform. Although, with that said – how hot is the gold mirrored heel on her Choo’s?
Speaking of her ring, Ashley wore a bold and beautiful rhodium, diamond and large sapphire rock ring by Kimberly McDonald, which perfectly matched her rock earrings that were also by McDonald.

This look was perfectly complete thanks to her hair and make-up team. Ashley’s lighter summer locks were styled in flowing waves while her eyes shimmered and her dark berry lips popped!

Two great looks in just as many days?! That’s exactly where Ashley Greene stands at the moment.

After that eye-popping pink gown she wore to “The Apparition” premiere last night, the beautiful lady was stylish, yet again, when she arrived at ABC Studios today in New York City to tape an interview on “Good Afternoon America” while promoting her new supernatural thriller — which is in theaters tonight!

Ashley sent my floral-loving heart aflutter in a J. Mendel dark grey, high-waist skirt with a wide pleated skirt and filled with bright coral-red and violet flowers! The a-line skirt was paired with a matching sleeveless violet collared top. Both pieces come from the Resort 2013 collection, and while this skirt wasn’t seen during Mendel’s presentation over the summer — a similar version was.

Leaving the blouse slightly unbuttoned, Ashley finished off her look with light make-up, a full and bouncy mane of falling waves and a pair of classic grey suede pumps.

^i totally agree it is amazing. She looked hot in the pink dress the color was striking on her and the fit showed of her bod to perfection. She looked really cute in the J,Mendel too, lovely skirt

I would say DK dress was a little bit too elegant, but color was amazing and Ashley looked beautiful.

the color of her dress at the Apparition premier might be the only good thing that's come out of it. The Apparition has a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

ASHLEY GREENE made a bold arrival on the black carpet for the Hollywood premiere of her supernatural thriller “The Apparition” wearing a eye-popping fuchsia Donna Karan Atelier gown. But, that wasn’t the only appealing thing about her look! Thanks to her fantastic team, Ash dazzled with a romantic wavy mane and a shimmering berry pout!

Make-up artist VANESSA SCALI took inspiration from her vivacious dress when creating her beauty look for the evening.

“Ashley wore a gorgeous Donna Karen dress to her premiere of The Apparition. To offset the softness of the dress, we went with a bold vampy, fuchsia lip and a sexy, flirty eye with lush, fluttery lashes,” Vanessa explained.

“After prepping the skin, I applied a bit of foundation and concealer where needed. Then I added a touch of color to the apples of her cheeks. I used bronzer (concentrated in the contours of her cheekbones) and added a luminizer on her cheekbones and brow bones. Adding the bronzer and luminizer after the blush softens the cheek color and adds a golden glow to the skin.

I strengthened Ashley’s brows, making them just slightly bolder than they are. I love to pair a strong brow and a strong lip together. Brushing them up also made them a little thicker. Using a sheer wash of gold, I added a little luxury to the eye lid, but I mostly focused on liner and lashes to make her eyes the stand out feature. Black liner, many lashes and a few generous coats of mascara finished it off.

I lined her lips with a shade that matched her natural lip color. This defines the lips without leaving a hard edge. Then I applied the lipstick (with a brush) to the center of the lips and had Ashley gently press the color in. I finished by using a clean lip brush to blend the color to the edge of the lips. This fills the lips with color and gives you a defined, yet soft edge.”

Ashley’s make-up was the perfect balance. When opting for a bold lip, make sure you keep the eyes from competing — don’t go strong! Vanessa had the right idea as you can tell from her stellar creation on Miss Greene.

As for her luscious hair…

TED GIBSON, Ashley’s go-to celebrity hairstyle, created a sexy undone look with her multidimensional summer hair color by creating giving her a touch of what he called “effortless glamour”

“That’s what I wanted with Ashley’s hair last night for the premiere of ‘The Apparition’. The center part and cascading texture played a huge part in this look. Young Hollywood at its best!,” Ted explained.

“I used Hairsheet Styling over her entire head and blow-dried with my fingers to create a roughed up texture. I didn’t want her hair to be smooth; it needed to have lots of movement and texture. After the blow-dry I used a medium sized iron all over her entire head then came back with the flatiron to soften and straighten bits of hair. I used Tame It Shine Lotion to add more texture and weight, and then sprayed with Beautiful Hold Hairspray to give light weight hold.”
