thefashion-courtWHO: Ashley Greene
WHERE & WHEN: “Wish I Was Here” Hollywood Premiere on June 23, 2014.
WEARING: Akris dress, Stuart Weitzman shoes, a Lee Savage clutch, and jewelry from W. Britt & Jennifer Fisher.
MY VERDICT: Ashley arrived at the DGA Theater for the Hollywood premiere of her new movie “Wish I Was Here” wearing one of her best red carpet looks in quite some time. The 27-year-old showed off her toned figure in a beautiful cream-colored Akris Spring/Summer 2014 halterneck dress, which features a squared neckline with a cool gold loop necklace that serves at the connecter of the halter silhouette.
The open neck and sheer panel detailing at the waist and back helped to highlight curves at Ashley’s upper body while the pencil cut knee length skirt lengthened her legs. Instead of her usual go-to pumps, she opted for the celeb-favorite Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals in shimmering gold.
Ashley complimented the dress neck accent and her shoes with a gold-plated Lee Savage “Infinite Space” clutch, Jennifer Fisher rings, and W. Britt mini block stud earrings. A sleek side-parted hairstyle–I always love when her hair is this length with that multidimensional honey color–and a summery makeup palette completed the look.
redcarpet-fashionawardsAshley Greene served up two great looks while promoting her new movie ‘Wish I Was Here’ in New York City on Monday (July 15).
‘The Today Show’: Spotted headed to the Rockefeller Center Studio to tape ‘The Today Show’, the actress, who rarely wears loud colours or prints, decided that today’s the day to wear both. For a Fall 2014 look, this Carolina Herrera aqua-blue sleeveless knit top and abstract-print palazzo pants couldn’t sing summer more loudly if it tried. Are you enjoying this bolder look from Ashley, or do you find this nod to the ’60s too jarring?
‘Wish I Was Here’ New York screening: Joining Kate Hudson and Allison Williams, Ashley returned to a muted colour palette for the premiere, donning an Alexander McQueen ivory long-sleeved shift dress styled with white Christian Louboutin pumps and a studded Alexander McQueen clutch. Keeping the same wavy tresses, she opted for a smokier eye and glossier lips than her daytime look.
