Ashley Greene was a guest on “Live with Kelly” this morning in NYC to talk about the DVD release of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″. She also chatted with Kelly Ripa, and her co-host for the day, D.L. Hughley about her birthday plans this month.
The 24-year-old actress wore a breezy blue and white digital printed v-neck silk dress with an emerald green wrapped portion at the skirt from the Resort 2012 collection by Reed Krakoff. In addition to the dress, Ashley also wore a sexy pair of blue metallic and python leather mix ankle wrap sandals from the collection.

Ashley will Attend New York Fashion Week

Private club Soho House in LA was filled with megawatt stars last night. George Clooney was rumored to be eating in the dining room. Janice Dickinson held court in 5-inch platforms. But the real center of attention was Lucky’s March cover star Ashley Greene, who was there to celebrate her issue with friend Emmy Rossum and other shiny brights, including The Biggest Loser’s Alison Sweeney, Miranda Cosgrove and Revenge’s Ashley Madekwe.

Wearing a purple DKNY shift and DKNY accessories—she’s the label’s spring campaign star, after all—the Twilight actress gushed over her latest role: major fashion player. “It’s kind of a surreal moment,” she told Lucky. “Over the past few years I’ve been recognized here and there, but to have Donna Karan ask me to be the face of DKNY is a huge deal fashion wise.
And to book the spring fashion issue of Lucky…is just crazy. It’s very flattering.”

And good news for front row followers: Greene—who’s plenty busy with, you know, acting—will be heading to Manhattan for New York Fashion Week, which begins February 8. “I’m going to be at DKNY and Donna Karan, of course,” she said. We’ll see you there, Ashley.

I can't get over his jeans! Their very high I think the coat is too big for Ashley, it swallows her too much.

and yes, that coat is too large on her. It's like she gets a streak of awesome outfits and then BAM! She derails...

i see what you mean, although my opinion is that it's due to something we can't talk about. But even just overall in her dress in candids nowadays, she's very "generic". She talks about her style being classic, but classic can still standout. Hers hasn't lately, imo. Maybe that was intentional to get her noticed by designers? It got her the DKNY gig. Although I wonder how she feels since Kristen got Balenciaga.

I haven't been in here in months and this was the first thing I noticed too.

Well imo she shouldn't feel bad about it. Everyone knows that KS didn't get her deal because she is interested in fashion or particularly wanted to do it. I am sure her PR team worked hard on it and the new turn her image is taking. Ashley is still more interesting fashion-wise fimo, even if she had a lots of misses those last 2 years. However, when she gets it right she really does (just like Nikki). Much more potential there imo and better model anyway. As for her candid style I really like it, it's better than before in my opinion, very generic and classic but she doesn't need much. Charlize Theron spend 99% of the time in heels or flat with jeans, plain t-shirt and blazer and she looks fab imo. Nothing ground breaking in most of her off RC look.

I love Ashley outfit in #292 and #304, I think simplicity suits her best.. but I have no idea what you guys are talking about. She still looks the same to me, albeit older

I am in love with the Reed K. dress, I don't think the shade of purple she wore to the Lucky thing suits her however and the coat is definitely too big!
