While continuing to focus on an urban, casual wardrobe, Balenciaga looked to the mountains for fall-winter, giving its mix-and-match collection a Fifties-in-Chamonix vibe. Looks included hooded nylon parkas, wool duffle coats with leather patch pockets, trekking jackets in red and black tartan and ombré sweaters resembling earth-stained snow. Beyond the slopes, there were modernized classics like leather aviator blousons, pea coats and utilitarian jackets – all offered in various fabrics and colors.

The shoes are beyond hideous and some of the jackets look weirdly proportioned

I love it !
Shoes look great ! The last Balenciaga Homme collection was horrible, but this redeems. Really loving the outerwear !

The clothes definitely look strange but there are a few nice pieces like the jacket and mantle above.

Oh my, practically everything here is just gorgeous! Two or three pieces I'm not sure about, but all the rest is my beloved refined and perfectly cut Balenciaga Homme. Love it so much.

In terms of creativity, Balenciaga's men's wear could definitely need a little ooooompf, a zinger, anything.
In terms of clothes, I think these are flawless, cohesive, restrained enough for consumerism & impeccably constructed. Very good work of the team.

the coats are nice (especially that red plaid one.. calling bailey). it's seems very tame and almost boring, coming from balenciaga.

i don't really see anything that would make me snap and run to Balenciaga to spend my paycheck on...

Meh, Balenciaga Men is never up to par with womenswear. It really needs to be more inspired. The differences in womenswear and menswear are light and day.

Gorgeous! The pants are great and look so easy to wear here! Meanwhile these clothes are definitely for the slimmer man *gets out chequebook*

This could be better. The styling needs a boost...

this is the most forgettable mens collection of the F/W 11/12 season.

wait..what? the boyish balenciaga womenswear collection was better than this- it should be the other way around. im confused.

not terrible but just quite underwhelming for it to be balenciaga. half of this stuff we can already acquire from Raf by Raf Simons,V&R,APC + COS. just not that ambitious.
