What do you girls think about the birkenstock/cork platforms?

As mentioned earlier, I bought these from Barneys last year around March, without the leather platform on the bottom (anyone know what im talking about?) i got it in black and in blue leather, really love it and super easy to walk in, i practically live in those.

Im thinking about buying the ones with the extra leather platform too, but idk if its a good idea?? Do you think the ones i have are just fine?

Ill try upload some pics later, but i just wanted to know everyones take on them (the ones without the extra platform on the bottom)

im praying they bring back those boots ive been longing for as well.

i too wish balenciaga would bring back those harness boots and knee-high platform boots circa f/w '06. in the meantime i'm enjoying these balenciaga f/w '08 boots, another fab fab fab style i cannot get enough of.
