if anyone is looking for these shoes Aris posted black patent with gold platform............in size 39 pm me...........I found some. just that size though

gucci post pics of u wearing them

Anyone have luck finding the Jerry black patent with gold platform? I should have preordered when I had the chance. I had no idea what size to get though.

i think pumps look a lot better without the platform. platforms look cheap. well, not those because they say gucci on them.

Guys I got the black shoes in the 4.1 inch heel, they are a little tight, but I will wait until my swelling goes down and see how they fit. I love them though:heart:

high maintenance, are they comfortable? compared with any high heels witout a platform.

I was able to track a pair down. Hopefully they'll be the right size. I'll post pics when I get them. They have been nearly impossible to find.

Got my Gucci's today. I have mixed feelings about them. They look good on but up close, they kind of look cheap. The gold looks like it'll scratch easily. They're not hard to walk in. A bit tight in the toe area but loose in the back. I'm afraid if I go smaller, they'll be impossible to fit in the toes.

Does patent stretch? If so, then they'll be to big when they do. Here are pics. What do you think? Keep or send back?

I know exactly how you feel aspen and Iam afraid when I wear them I'll be sitting all night due to the pain. But I didn't forget to post pics, I will:blush:

Oh, and aris, they are somewhat comfortable, given the fact they look uncomfortable, but Iam just worried about getting corns, but aspen was right close up they look cheap and the platform is plastic I think, don't know why I thought it was metal or something, maybe it was the price that thru me^_^

^ the platform is plastic?? I assummed it was metal also, which is why I also assummed it wasn't very comfortable either.

Aspen I think they look great on you! If your not completely in love with them though & your conflicted about the price then maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to return them if you can imagine living without them & being fine with that. imo though I think their gorgeous, it's a very sexy take on a classic stilleto with the gold detail & the pointy toe doesn't seem to be going anywhere trends wise.

Ive never known patent to stretch.

Thanks, They look beautiful in picture! Their heels are smaller than YSL modern pump/boots. IRL I have seen them only in gold patent leather and they did look cheap.

But Aspen I'd keep them!

I think I'll keep them since I had such a hard time finding them. I don't have any patent shoes because I think all patent shoes look cheap. Thats probably why I think these look cheap. But they look good on.

I think the gold is metal not plastic. Its very thin. Hard to describe.

trust me, not all patent shoes look cheap. check out manolo's. they happen to look fantastic on you, but if you have doubts about them why keep them?

They look nice, but not nice enough for that kind of money in my opinion. And no, patent leather doesn't stretch.

Aspen, the shoes do look gorgeous on you in the pics! But I saw them IRL a month ago and I thought the same thing you did about the gold scratching. I also thought they looked a little too "flashy" for my lifestyle, so I ended up getting the black patent with the crepe rubber sole. I had the same issue w/ the fit, and I put a shoe pad in the toe area and that pushed my foot back to stop the sliding in the back (the patent will not stretch). Hope this helps!
