I still do ballet classes, but my ballet training has always been complementary to my contemporary dance trainig(Think Graham, Cunningham, Limon etc.) As already mentioned ballet gives you the greatest physicality and posture in my opinion, but while adding contemporary dance training I think it will enhance it even more, because the torso work you gain from contemporary makes it much stronger than ballet. And to round it up with Yoga and Pilates that is the best combination you can get! ...
